These terms apply when you book a cleaning with Cleanest.

Prices shown online are based on the details you give us. If the home differs a lot from what was described, we will talk with you before continuing.

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel a visit.

We agree with you in advance how we will enter and how your home will be secured. Please set aside valuables and fragile items before the first visit.

If you opt in, we send texts about your appointments. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
